Booking Polices
- Damage deposit is payable on arrival at the property in the amount of 300 €.
- Deposit is kept until departure and will be charged only in case of damage.
- In case of booking the guest pays the deposit at least 50% of the rental price (if there is more than 90 days of arrival).
- Free cancellation of the rental is 7 days from the date of reservation (if there is more than 90 days of arrival).
- After seven days there is a possibility of canceling the reservation and then we will refund 50% of the paid deposit (if there is more than 90 days of arrival)
- If by the date of arrival is less than 30 days guest at booking pay the full amount of rent without the possibility of cancellation after 48 hours of payment.
- Bank details can be obtained after booking and booking confirmation.
- Cancelation in Conditions of Force Majeure/Forced Circumstances is same like at Booking.com at this moment
Other policies
- Check-in from 15:00 to 21:00
- Check.-out from 08:00 to 10:00
- Pets are allowed on request. Charges is 50€ per pet.
- Parties/events are not allowed.
- Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 06:00
