This house, located in Solin, is ideal for 4-5 vacationers. It offers 2 bedrooms, a private pool, a furnished garden and a terrace. In front of the house is a terrace of 120m2 with swimming pool, barbecue, garden furniture and exercise equipment. The pool is 24m2 and heated. The terrace is a place for preparing grilled specialties and for a full day enjoyment in the shade of vineyards. Along the terrace is a lawn for children's play with your pet

This beautiful small holiday house is situated in the small place Solin, not far away from Split. On the ground floor is the kitchen with living-room. A spiral staircase leads you on the attic, with lowest ceiling height of 150cm, where you will find two bedrooms and balcony with view of Split and partly of the sea. Relax in the shadow of the covered terrace at the chimney. If you have enough of the silence, visit the place Solin, the spring of the river Jadro, as well as the old town of Split, in about 15 km distance. The last 100m access road to the holiday object is narrow and not asphalted

The villa is located 7km from the nearest beach and from the center of Split only 10km. Otherwise, Split is a tourist top destination and is surrounded by 18km of beach. Close by are the national parks: Plitvice, Kornati, Biokovo nature park, Krka waterfalls, Blue cave, Vranjača cave. Hikers and cycling enthusiasts will be thrilled with the many trails.

Split is a city that thrust into the palace of the Roman Emperor Diocletian, adjacent to the ruins of the largest ancient city of Salona, and lovers of historical sights can engage in interesting research.For young partymen Split is packed with clubs and urban music festivals, and the Ultra Europa festival is held in July.
